The Federal Aviation Administration has approved the use of a 360-foot-tall construction crane at the site of the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences in Coconut Grove, marking a key milestone for the luxury development.

According to a determination letter issued by the FAA on June 20, the crane is permitted to reach 360 feet above ground level, or 374 feet above sea level. The approval clears the way for vertical construction to move forward on one of Coconut Grove’s most anticipated residential projects.

The Four Seasons Private Residences is a joint development by CMC Group and Fort Partners. The project is expected to include approximately 70 expansive condominium units, offering high-end finishes and amenities under the globally recognized Four Seasons brand.

The approval of the crane height suggests that foundation work could soon give way to above-ground progress, further reshaping the Coconut Grove skyline. The building will add to a growing trend of ultra-luxury residential development in the area, reflecting strong demand for premium living options in Miami.

With FAA clearance secured, the developers are one step closer to bringing their vision of resort-style living to life in one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods.
