Miami's Urban Development Review Board Has Greenlit 'Seven Broadway,' a 54-Story Residential Tower

A sleek new addition to the Brickell skyline is officially moving forward. On Thursday, the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) voted unanimously to approve Seven Broadway, a 54-story residential tower set to rise at the edge of the city’s financial core.
The project is being developed by Ytech and designed by renowned New York architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). According to filings submitted to the UDRB, Seven Broadway will climb 682 feet above ground and deliver 113 luxury residential units to one of Miami’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
The tower’s design emphasizes both vertical elegance and pedestrian-level vibrancy. Plans call for ten-foot setbacks on all frontages, allowing for wide sidewalks and lush landscaping to enhance walkability and street-level interaction.
The building will include a total of 193 parking spaces spread across one basement level and seven above-ground floors. Resident amenities are spread throughout the tower, with major offerings located on levels 8, 49, and 50—capped by a rooftop pool offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
Carlos Lago of Greenberg Traurig represented Ytech throughout the approval process and praised the result. “We’re proud to have represented Ytech in securing unanimous approval from the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for Seven Broadway,” said Lago. “This project reflects the highest caliber of urban design and planning, thanks to the vision of Kohn Pedersen Fox and Ytech’s continued commitment to excellence.”
As demand for high-end residential development in Brickell continues to grow, Seven Broadway joins a wave of transformative projects reshaping the city’s urban core. With design, location, and scale all aligned, the tower is poised to become another architectural landmark in Miami’s ever-evolving skyline.
