Santander Plans Major Redevelopment of Its Miami Office Space, Proposing a 41-Story Tower

Santander is moving forward with plans to transform its Miami office space into a modern 41-story high-rise, bringing a blend of commercial and retail offerings to the city. The proposed tower, conceptualized by Handel Architects and Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura, is expected to reach 765 feet, adding to Miami’s evolving skyline.

The development will provide over 600,000 square feet of premium office space, along with space dedicated to dining and hospitality venues. Additionally, a multi-level urban club is planned, further enhancing the building’s mixed-use functionality. The project also includes nearly 1,500 parking spaces to accommodate tenants and visitors.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the tower aims to adhere to global green building standards, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Office and retail spaces will be available for leasing, catering to a variety of businesses looking to establish a presence in Miami’s thriving commercial sector.

Santander Private Banking has operated in Miami for over four decades, providing services to international private banking clients. This new development reflects the bank’s long-term commitment to the city’s financial and business ecosystem.

Further details regarding construction timelines and leasing opportunities are expected in the near future.
